OVERVIEW

Thank you for shopping with ByDaniMite! Our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify, meaning each item is printed and shipped directly to you. Please read our shipping policy so you know what to expect.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders require a production period before shipping. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and prepared for dispatch. This is separate from your shipping time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

We currently ship to the following countries:

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

The estimates below apply after your order has been dispatched. Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, and your location.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@bydanimite.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ByDaniMite is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at hello@bydanimite.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
